Where does Hey Buddie ship?

Hey Buddie ships everywhere in Indian Teritory. Domestic orders over 799 qualify for free shipping. We also ship internationally to any location accessible by major carriers. International shipments do not qualify for free shipping and associated import fees apply. 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders above Rs. 799! Under Rs. 799 we charge a small shipping rate calculated at checkout. Nothing stands between you and your order except 5-7 business days. Need it sooner? We got you. Just select Expedited (2-4 business days) shipping at checkout.

When will I receive my order?

We offer free shipping get you what you need when you need it. Expected delivery times around 7 days

What’s your return policy?

Since our products falls under consumable category, we are unable to provide return facility. You can only return damaged products or products that are not as per your order. Returns must comply with the return conditions as set out in our returns and refund policy.

How can I check the status of my order?

Tail wagging in anticipation? Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification, which will provide a link to order tracking details. Occasionally, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to provide tracking info once your order ships. If you still have questions, reach out to contact@heybuddie.co

Where are your products made?

our products are locally sourced and manufactured in India.

What is the shelf life for your treats? 

We recommend you use our treats within a one year period of their manufacture date. The “best by” date is labelled on the packaging.

Are your treats suitable for dogs in all life stages? 

They should work well with dogs of most ages. However, we suggest that dogs are at least 8-10 weeks old before giving our treats. For specific concerns, please contact your veterinarian.

Do you use preservatives?

Our Hey Buddie single Ingredient treats do not contain any preservatives.
